4Hospitals was awarded ISO 9001 QMS international certificate

In June 2024, 4Hospitals received ISO 9001:2015 QMS international certification, which is an international standard for quality management. This is not only recognition for the company, but also another proof of high responsibility towards customers and partners. Since its establishment, 4Hospitals, a provider of medical products and services, has been concerned not only with providing the highest quality medical materials, but also with the continuous improvement of services and processes in accordance with market requirements. At the same time, it does not stop searching for innovations and further strengthens its own unique niche, which today maintains a leading position in the top five medical companies.   Flexibility, foresight and dynamism are essential components that every company needs to thrive in the fast-growing medical market. Healthcare requirements, international standards change every year, new innovations appear on the market, and in order to maintain high quality, it is vital to keep pace with these processes and quickly adapt. Nino Gamkrelidze, Chairman of the Board of Directors of 4Hospitals, tells us about the certification process and the final part: “The accreditation/control audit was conducted by the German organization TÜVNORD in June of this year for the first time and a conclusion was issued, according to which the company earned a high rating and received the ISO 9001:2015 certificate. According to the audit report: “4Hospitals’ quality management system (QMS) is in full compliance with international standards, there is a high level of senior management and owner involvement in the company, 4Hospitals has a strong system and organizational vision, the company has a team of qualified representatives, thanks to which the high level of customer satisfaction is achieved.” All this is the result of many years of selfless work and once again confirms that our company is focused on continuous development and improvement of business management. The ultimate goal is the satisfaction of our customers/partners and full confidence that they have a company by their side, behind which are written procedures, standards and quality.”   4Hospitals was able to become one of the fastest growing companies and to create a system that provides quality assurance, continuous supply, and a sound engineering system, as a result of which the company cooperates with more than 300 medical institutions throughout Georgia and has gained their full trust.
